100 km of mountain running to experience the heart of the massif

The Intégrale des Cimes offers a complete immersion in the world of the Trail des Cimes without committing to the Grande Traversée.

The route quickly reaches the first alpine pastures before crossing three major cols. After passing the Refuge des Arolles, runners discover the spectacular traverse of the Plateau des Roches Blanches, followed by a long balcony section offering unobstructed views over the entire valley.

The second half of the course alternates between forest trails, technical sections, and climbs back up to the alpine pastures before the final descent into Val-Cimes.

A demanding race requiring experience, endurance, and the ability to navigate several hours autonomously in mountainous terrain.
